Supervision for Support Coordinators

Empowering Coordinators. Enhancing Outcomes.

At Knox Mindfulness, we recognise the crucial role Support Coordinators play in the lives of NDIS participants. Our tailored Supervision and Coaching sessions are designed to support you professionally and personally—so you can continue to make a lasting impact with clarity, confidence, and care.

Why Supervision Matters

Regular supervision is not just a professional requirement—it's an essential tool for reflection, growth, and wellbeing. Our sessions help you:

  • Improve participant outcomes through collaborative problem-solving
  • Receive emotional support and prevent burnout
  • Strengthen ethical and professional practice
  • Build skills and confidence in navigating complex cases
  • Increase job satisfaction and long-term career sustainability

What to Expect in Supervision

Each session is guided by an experienced supervisor who understands the unique demands of NDIS work. You'll receive:

  • Individual or small group sessions (in-person or online)
  • Case consultations with reflective questioning and feedback
  • Support around ethical dilemmas and professional boundaries
  • Goal-setting and skill-building strategies
  • Practical resources, templates, and coaching tools

Whether you're new to the role or managing a complex caseload, our supervision ensures you have a safe space to reflect, debrief, and grow.
